Van Pham is an HR professional with strengths in both strategic and operational HR management. Having spent more than 25 years working in human resources, Van has extensive experience in shaping and implementing people strategy for different stages of the business cycle. Her previous roles include Vice President Human Resources for BP Upstream Asia-Pacific and Director Human Resources at RMIT University Vietnam.
